What you pay for..
You get what you pay for. There is no wireless integrated into the motherboard, and even though some say they received a wireless adapter, I did not. There also is no SD card slot, which really is pretty standard today. I have no complaints about what I bought for $189 because it listed what I was getting. If you're expecting something other than what's shown, then it's your own fault. This is a very good, refurbished computer for the price. I use it for general web surfing and applications local to the machine. My installed wireless adapter is working fine. Windows 10 came up the first time and was up and running in minutes. There will, of course, be some updates once you're connected to the internet.

Nice value
It's a good product for about $150. For the price I got a 4th Gen i5 processor, mine was specifically the i5-4590 @3.30GHz. Might have been a typo? System reported 8GB Ram and Windows 10 Pro activated without issue. Made sure it was connected to the internet as the nice color card said. This system didn't have any problems loading the OEM setup either. Disk has high hours ~2 years on this one but that is definitely expected, no UREs or other disk errors have been reported.Came with a new looking keyboard and mouse. Just set those aside because I won't need them though.Added a PCI card with a low profile bracked; bluetooth+WiFi card for $40. Plan on putting Debian on this to run SDR-Trunk. It would make a really nice desktop for any office or light gaming with a graphics card.

Perfect Machine for My Home Theater and General Use
Product: HP ELITEDESK 800 G1 SFF Slim Business Desktop Computer, Intel I54570 3.20 GHz, 500GB HDD, DVD, USB 3.0, Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit (Renewed). Purchased from Refurbee through Amazon.UNPACKING AND INITIAL SETUP - Condition on arrival: Packing box was in perfect condition, no signs of damage. After unpacking the box, my visual inspection of the computer found no damage what-so-ever, not even a scratch. The inside was dust-free and all cables were neatly secured. On startup, the computer progressed through setup with no perceived issues, and the computer was very quiet; no excessive fan or disk drive noise. My overall impression at this point was this computer was in outstanding condition for a refurbished computer. It really looked like a brand new machine. After setup was complete, I encountered a problem with Windows 10 updates not completing successfully. After failing to resolve the problem on my own, I emailed Refurbee about a solution. They researched the problem and found the Windows install image was corrupt and gave me several options on getting my computer fixed. I selected a different hard drive with a proper image, and they shipped it right away. This is the 8th refurbished computer I have purchased in the past few years. I understand some cosmetic damage may exist, and I acknowledge the potential for hardware failure. But overall, at least in my experience, renewed computers have met or exceeded my expectations. A critical part of the renewed market is how the seller responds when a computer fails. Given my experience with Refurbee, I recommend their machines, and I will look for their offerings on my next purchase.

Good Value, quality refurb
Had a few cosmetic flaws but worked perfectly. My wife works remotely and we mess with her gaming machine so much we go this so she would have a stable system to work remotely. This supports dual monitors via display port, we got 2 DP to DVI-D adapters and it runs dual 21 inch 19200x1080 with no problem. I has 8MB of ram, not the fastest but it is reliable. The CPU was a quad-core with 4 threads and runs Citrix Receiver, Skype, 4 Excel sheets 4 browser windows, 1 command window, Thunderbird and 6 pdf windows while playing Soda crush, It took about an hour to set up with all the windows updates but activated the first time and I am very happy.

So far so good.
Delivered a few days ago and so far it's been great. I was hesitant to buy a refurbished item but given the price and the fact this group is certified to refurbish by Microsoft I figured why not. Computer came looking new and I stored away the cheap looking keyboard/mouse that came with it. They should offer a $20 discount if you decline the keyboard/mouse. Computer is used for Roblox, Microsoft office files, and filling out forms. Nothing complex but so far it has worked beautifully. Good job!UPDATE: Had this desktop for about 2 years. At about 1 year and 7 months it began making a clicking noise and would turn off on occasion. I backed up my files and 3 months later I got the blue screen of death. No more clicking noise but I tried various online tutorials to boot it up again. No luck. Since I paid less than $200 I figured it cost more than it's worth to have someone repair it and if it was repaired it may die again soon. Not worth it. Will buy a new desktop this time.

Happy Also! Chiming In
I'm chiming in with all the 5-Star ratings. The computer got here, I plugged everything in, ran the Win 10 Setup ( yes, you DO have to setup your own Windows. Blame Microsoft, not the seller. It's the same if you buy a brand new Windows PC anywhere). My wireless adapter works, I checked, but have no other comments because mine is hardwired to my network.Note: This is for HP the PRODesk 600 G1. I bought the cheap one with the small mechanical hard drive, you may need/want more. It is the exact same PC box as an EliteDesk except for Hewlett-Packard's little plastic nameplate and whichever options you choose above. I gave a 3-Stars on the gaming score because I don't know. If you are a gamer, you should know. But I am very Happy. Mine is a 2014 computer, but in 2014 it was a VERY VERY nice computer. I bought it for a hobby toy after retiring 3 other ( ancient) PC's this weekend, but this one actually has better specs than my cherished main computer ( i5 on this one vs. i3 on my main. Both are 4th gen CPU's ).
