Awful
This item has only ONE in the box. However the seller did refund me in time, as i thought there were TWO in the box.(This isn't really the sellers fault).The sound quality is awful, its very tinny. When i tried to use it, the discomfort in my ear wasn't a good sign, regardless which ear i tried it in. I got this item at a very reduced rate, I wouldn't pay the requested asking price of £25, if you do, you will regret it. On saying all that, if you just want it while driving then it maybe of use to you.It isn't covered by the Amazon market so any problems will need to be direct with the seller.
