Great taste, very expensive. They shipped it to me in Canada using Fed Ex., Surprise Fed Ex charges a brokerage fee. $36.16. Most of it to 'clear' customs. Smolar items that came in using other carriers had no COD add on charges. So..... unless they start using a carrier that does not want extra money.... buyer be ware.

We discovered this cheese in Sedona at a wine tasting bar and had to order it. So tasty and we have bought plenty to share with others who now love it as much as we do. Absolutely delicious and our go-to cheese.

Excellent cheese. Very smooth with a very nice flavor. Goes great with a bold red wine. I took this to my cousins vineyard and it was a big hit with the family.

Purchased as a gift for someone who loves this cheese and they said it was great.

Taste is amazing great with wine.

This is the best cheese I've ever tasted. It is best on pasta or crackers. I will order this item again.

I had some of this cheese in Florida this summer and it was delicious - sadly, this was flavorless! In fact, I question if I did get this specific cheese as it had none of the labeling as show in the product picture - just a typed sticky label on the outside of a zip lock bag.

I absolutely loved the flavor of the cheese, but it started to get moldy the first week I had it!! My husband didn’t like it so I’m eating it myself. I’m cutting away more of it than I’m eating☹️

Great cheese, but totally overpriced. And delivered in my mailbox where it sat in the sun all day...
