So I did a lot of research before decided to buy this actual supplement, because this one is supposedly be the one that's what my body need for improve muscle mass, the main reason I decided to buy this is because. The fact that it only has really simply ingredients not like some other supplements that mix with a bunch of stuff, sugar alcohol etc etc, but this one just creatine, that's it.As far as the effects/ results, I think it's too early to tell for me since I been lifting weights for more than a while, plus my diet, I believe is only fair to take it for at least a month or two just to compare my performance, body weight, muscle mass etc etc, as far as the price concern I would say it's in the mid to higher range, that's why is not getting a 5 star from me, however I wish they we could make / sale it in a bigger size per pound or even a 5lb weight, so we could buy it at a lower cost. Which both buyer & seller can get the most benefits out of it. As far as would I buy it again; the answer so far is a Yes!!! Unless I see no gain. Will update in about one to two months.

I’ve only been using this a few days and I will update again later but so far I am happy with it, I found out that I need 10 g of this rather than 5 g of the other product I had which were Gummies and it was just too much. This powder is great in my morning juice of apple juice, cranberry juice or orange juice and I don’t taste it at all so I do it twice a day in my juice or a vitamin water. Now, if it does what I need that will be wonderful and I will come back and review again after about 30 Days
