2 x Clear Plastic Flexi Smoothers Decorating Cake Scraper High Quality Flexi Smoother that will allow you to create much sharper edges on your cake. For Use on freshly covered cakes while the sugar paste is still soft. Hold the smoother with the curved edge on top of the cake and use the straight smoother against the side of the cake. As you apply light pressure and gently rub the two flexi smoothers together, a sharp edge will appear in the sugar paste. Repeat this process until you are happy with the result. It is important to have a clean crisp edge on the cake coating underneath (e.g. ganache or marzipan) before using the flexi smoothers on sugar paste coating.
