The cardboard box containing the nine bags had been opened and re-taped shut. One of the nine bags had been fully opened.

These are the most expensive plain tortilla chips and the worst I have tasted!! Dry, cardboard, bland. I have bought pretty much all of the plain tortillas available and it seems the cheaper the better but supermarkets are catching on an the good ones disappeared only to be replaced by these cardboard ones then the better ones double in price! Then they become less tasty too, the charred marks and flavour disappeared. I am unable to find any decent ones anywhere now.
