Premium 22 pc Dial/Digital Indicator End Tip Point Set

Some of these are useful, and some of them are useless in my opinion. Not a terrible deal for $10. I wish the case they came in was a little nicer. Maybe a small blow molded box? The case is made from plastic circa 1960. Drop the set just once, or even look at it wrong, and the case will break on you... Guaranteed.3/5 because I think China can do better at the price point.

These tips fit most cheap dial indicators, including the excellent $7 ones at Harbor Freight.I use mainly the flat tip, but there's quite an assortment here.

I bought two sets so I would have matching indicator end points Having two of each allows me to check thickness accurately even if recessed thicknesses. This set is an excellent starting point. Thanks for asking!

The up side: Great price, under $8 shipped. The threads seem good, not sloppy, good assortment of points in a fitted box. The finish on the points is a little rough but but they perform well. Not a bad deal.The Down side: The case is made of hard plastic but the latch is pretty tight now. It will undoubtedly loosen over time. If you drop it will likely break open and scatter the contents. I kept the cardboard box it came in for what little protection it affords.Overall a good deal if you aren't expecting a high quality Finish. I would recommend them.

The threads on this product are great 4-48. Fit very snug into my dial indicator. I was shocked at how small these actually were. The longest tip was only 1-1/2" long. As you can see in the picture the rest are in the 1/4" to 3/4" range. And there are no extension pieces at all. So if your buying these for checking TDC or WOT settings you can forget it. For the price and the selection of tips I would recommend this. If you need more reach just do what i did and buy a peace of 4-48 threaded rod for less than a dollar.
