This wheel has changed my whole practice! I now have so much more confidence in my backbends and inversions because I can slowly warm myself into them with the help of the wheel! Best yoga buy so far ❤️

I bought this brand's yoga wheel because it was in the price range I wanted to spend on a product I didn't know too much about. Like they say, you get what you pay for. There's nothing wrong with the actual product per se, it just hasn't been made very well. When I took it out of the box, you can see the cork doesn't wrap around the wheel completely and doesn't meet up. It is also and is pulling off the wheel itself. It seems to have been attached to the wheel with what looks like liquid cement, really gummy kind of glue. I fear that with too much use the whole thing will start peeling off. Trying to figure out now if I should get a refund or a replacement.

I purchased this to share at my crossfit gym. Personally, I love just rolling it on my spine and using the extra height as leverage to mash my shoulders and open up my chest. I think it works better for stretching my chest than just a normal foam roller. Some of the bigger guys (6'+ and over 250 lbs) at my gym were messing around on it and you could see it flexing but it seemed to hold up. All around it's fun and thus far been a worthwhile purchase. Plus a great price!

I have ongoing back and hip issues. After many chiropractor visits and physical therapy appointments I found this. I use it in conjunction with a foam roller. This is probably the best $25 that I ever spent. It helps stretch the lower back and SI joint in ways that I never could have before. If you are even thinking of buying this, do it. You won't be sorry.

Excellent heart opener for beginning yoginis. Advanced yogis can use this to balance on, lots of examples are on Instagram. This also comes with a one page guide. My ten year old loves to roll around on this for fun. Excellent sturdy construction, non-slip cushioned purple padding on outside feels like yoga mat material. I've noticed my back improve with semi-regular use. I highly recommend!

I have a lot of neck and shoulder issues, primarily because my shoulders tend to roll inwards. I also shy away from heart opening yoga poses because they make me very uncomfortable and I feel unstable. This product allows me to get a really good chest and shoulder stretch without as much fear. I'm a former professional dancer and I would call this an "intense" stretch, but you can ease your way into it. It's really helped ease tension in my shoulders and neck, and I feel way better.

An excellent roller to get into those hard-to-reach areas of your back, neck and legs that ordinary foam rollers can't get to. I use this at least twice daily and have recommended it to many clients & friends - LOVE IT!!!
