Works great even on lowest setting. Easy to use. I wish it had better connectivity with the water supply. Perhaps it should just come with an IV bag and hook as the water supply must hang 3 feet above work if not pressure fed.

I bought this to use on my long haired cat. The power is so weak that I had to return it. I wanted a product that would allow me to shave her matted areas.

everything in Chinese. serial number half ground away and did not include the tongue cleaning kit. I would not touch this thing. amazon was great about returns.
