This book is not really a book, but an advertisement for the author's yoga course. Very basic and nothing that can't be found online. Glad I got it for free, or I'd be returning for a refund.

No real clarity around adjustments, just a teaser for author’s yoga teacher training course. Great as an HR guideline of “appropriate” touch and ethical behaviour, but only vague suggestions of how to safely adjust in one or two poses.
