Brilliant, simple and essential piece of kit.
Used these for skiing, fantastic for keeping skis and poles together during transport to and from hotel and gondola. Carried adult and kids skis and poles no problem. Have to take straps off before loading skis into gondola ski spaces but that's normal. Would definitely recommend.
