NLT Teen Life Application Study Bible Kindle Edition

I bought these to give to teens in a Christian group home that focus' on the word and love of God. Excellent application/teaching Bible as it provides many situations in life than can be applied to today's world. Do wish it had the red letters outlines, but overall a great choice for teens.

Bought it for 13 year old grandson and he loves it!

I saw this bible with a teenager in my church and I loved it immediately because it is so easy to read and understand.

Excellent even for adults. I brought this for my daughter and I'm in love with it I will purchase one for myself. Great purchase.

My father bought this for my teen son a couple of years ago. When one of my son's dear friends gave his life to Christ, I knew exactly what I wanted to give him in honor of that decision...this Bible. It has insights to elaborate and explain the history, geography, and/or significance of things that may have been common knowledge when the passage was written.But even better, it has lots of snippets and stories to help relate the Bible to the current culture. Issues like mental health are discussed. Encouragement about how the Bible applies to the here and now are so life-giving to these kids, and to me!Highly recommend 13+. (And no, that "+" doesn't cut off at 19!)

Serves its purpose

I got this bible a couple of years ago as a gift in the pink version and I loved it so much I got this one for my little sister. Not only is the NLT version so easy to understand it also has so many real-life applications within it that make it worth its while. I'd say this is not only for teens but for young adults too; I still use mine to this day and it has held up remarkably.

The teen I bought this Bible for loves it.He says it is easy to understand and that he appreciates the extra features as being very helpful.I bought the imitation leather edition for him rather than the paperback. A paperback Bible is counter intuitive. As a big heavy book, the Bible cover on a paperback will deteriorate too quickly. Particularly if you are buying this as a gift, please spend the extra money and buy the edition with the more durable cover.
