No soft close, very large
The toilet seat barely fits a normal toilet bowl. Very large. It overhangs at the bowl edge but is usable so can be sat on. The quality of the product is good for the price, although the hinge does not soft close and because the lid is so heavy it slams shut very loudly.

Easy fit
The only reason I give it 4 stars is because it does look a bit plasticity, due to it being a wood effect print.

Item Damaged
I was disappointed to open the pack and see the damage was covered by some type of “yellow” colouring. So that would indicate they would have known the item was damaged but still dispatched the item. Not nice!

never installed. cleaning unknown. sturdiness it wobbles is unsafe to use. 2 of same design purchased at the same time and fittings are useless. are now buying another with better fitting.

This toilet seat is not made of "molded wood", but MDF.However, the merchant gave me a full refund and collected the goods.
