I know this might sound crazy but we have 2 little doggies and had intended to use in our backyard when we have company because they are a nuisance but instead we are using it for our 8 month little baby boy who is so mobile and the doggies keep licking him in face and baby loves chewing on doggies toys so when he's crawling everywhere and when I have to run upstairs to get something or cook dinner I just unfold and pop this up and put the baby in there to play where he is safe, mind you I don't leave him unintended but for a few seconds, this is safe and sturdy and all his toys fit perfectly in this and he loves it!!! Its so convenient for us to put in kitchen or living room and it keeps baby safe!--once he stands up of course this we will no longer put him in this but until then(not because it's not sturdy because it is-but of him climbing) this has been the best portable play pen ever!...It's a win win for us because then the dogs will get their new playpen after we are done with using it for baby--this is so easy to unfold and store and we can take it whenever we go to visit relatives. Oh an before someone states this is a safety issue, let me assure you the baby gates you piece together in circle for baby to play in and stand up in are totally unsturdy and cumbersome and if our doggies bump into it when running in house, the fence almost falls over in living room so we deem this much safer for our current needs of keeping baby out of danger. The quality of this is awesome and our dogs tested it out and with 2 small dogs in it, this had plenty of room and never once tipped over with them rough housing in it and they loved it!--we are very happy with our purchase!

This pet playpen is fantastic. It was really, really easy to set up and take down. It actually fits easily back into the carrying bag unlike some items that once you unfold them from the factory you can never get them back into the bag. Its very sturdy and well made but extremely light and folds down really flat. I could easily put it in a suit case if I were to fly. I will be using this when staying in a hotel room with my 2 Pomeranian's so they will have plenty of room to play with space left over for their beds, food and water as opposed to having two small heavy kennels that they only have room to sleep in. Most hotels require your pets be contained in something when you are out of the room. It has a door on either side that zip closed or can be left open using the Velcro tabs. I left it set up so they could get used to it and they went in and out on their own plus took a nap inside. The larger of my dogs could jump out of this if he wanted to so I love the mesh net that you can zip onto the top. If you have an active puppy or dog I could easily see how they could turn this into a big "hamster wheel" so I would suggest putting something inside to weigh it down if that is the case with your dog. The sides are pretty tall and it would be difficult for it to be tipped over without any weight in it but an active/bored dog can do a lot of things. lol There is plenty of ventilation all the way around and even a couple of pockets on the outside. Zampa thought of everything. I am very happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. We foster kittens orphaned too young to eat solid food (bottle babies) and wanted this to give them extra space to play and be part of the family while still acclimating to the household and learn to walk and jump and climb. I’ve been very impressed over the past few weeks as this little guy has truly put the playpen to the test. He climbs up and down it on the inside and the outside, crawls all around the top, plays with everything on it, and has made quite a mess from time to time inside it. No tears, runs, or scratches in any of the mesh. Super easy to clean. We have found it very easy to fold up, although we never can get the bottom quite so neatly put back as when it came! The carrying case is handy and easy to store, and I love that the mesh top is removable and the mesh doors are able to be rolled up and stay up with Velcro attachments. Although I got the small size, and I feel that’s completely sufficient for a single kitten or a small litter, I could see the need for a medium or large enclosure for a puppy or larger kitten/cat. This is sufficient for his litter pan, food/water dish set up, two kitty beds, and a few toys, and we can swap things in and out to keep him interested.Update: a month in, little man climbs the mesh walls and plays on the mesh top (attached), and this product has HELD UP. Still no tears in the mesh, zero issues with durability. Highly recommend.Update: About 6 months in and 6 foster kittens and this product is still working great! They give it quite a workout, playing on top and inside and around and even through (video attached) and it’s in great shape. No tears in the mesh, zippers work amazingly, folds like a charm, easy to clean...the list goes on and on. This playpen has become a staple in our living room and I couldn’t be happier with the longevity and durability to date.

Portability is the number one reason I purchased this containment system. I had considered those folding metal panels but weight and portability was paramount. In my application. It works well will the topper zipped on. I found the sides collapse pretty easily under the strain of the weight of my dogs if they try to standup on the sides. With the top on it’s not a problem. Love that it as a full, bath tub floor, it’s light weight and easy to move around when shade is needed. Folding up is a challenge. Doesn’t really fold as flat as you think it should. The last fold in the demonstration video is lacking that little bit of information. Most places require dogs to be on a leash and three on a run (what if there’s no trees to set it up) is impossible. I like that my pups stay clean and safe inside the enclosure and are able to stand and move about with ease and insects are deterred by the mesh and flooring . The 42” is the size I got it’s perfect. Couldn’t be happier.
