USELESS
it proved to be pretty useless. I was able to adjust it to my camera's weight, and tried it out. but it was heavy, cumbersome, and just annoying. Holding my camera with my hand proved to work better. Don't waste $40 on a hunk of aluminum

Takes some practice to use, has some problems when going slowly and works at its best when you are jogging. Bit unsatisfied but for the price ill take what i can get
