An interesting read and useful for somebody who want to get along with others successfully. It's perfect for those who are aged 13 and older. However you have to be open minded to appreciate the information within this book.

I screen spotted a lot of the red quotes but also highlighted several.I can't wait to apply the things I've learned and share them with others.

I'm just ordering this book but I listening to the ebook from my library twice. Some of the stories are a bit lengthy but with the book I will be able to highlight and get the best parts down for rereading. Unfortunate that one of the examples for attitude was Lance Armstrong but who knew. I highly recommend this book and am in awe of Mr. Keller who could have withered and disappeared when his original dream didn't materialize. If you have the opportunity to listen to the ebook I would recommend you do so. Jeff Is an exciting speaker and easy to listen to.
