Simple and Fast read on the Benefits of Ashwagandha. Definitely recommend.
I have been taking a thyroid complex and always wondered what Ashwagandha was. This answered my questions and more, with pros and cons, along with great smoothie recipes. Fast read and a good reference for later.

Very educational and informative book. This book was also well researched. Very user friendly.Plan on going over information with my family doctor for for usage.

Little information.
This 67 page booklet has barely 26 pages on Ashwagandah and it’s medical benefits. The rest of the booklet is on how to make smoothies in which a teaspoon of powered herb can be added. The medical information has no case histories and is less than can be found on a search engine. Not recommended.

Excellent
Quite short but comprehensive information on ashwaghanda. Unfortunately I will be unable to use the herb as I have Crohns, but will run it past my doctor next time I visit.
