I'm reviewing this based on taste alone. If you like really dark/bitter chocolate, you will probably like this!I didnt feel any difference/thermogenic benefit, but I only drank a couple cups. It's too bitter for my tastes. Like a super dark chocolate. Not what I think of when I hear hot cocoa.I'm not going Keto, so I tried adding some cream to give it less of a watery taste and just a hint of sweet, but it didn't cut the bitter.

First day for me. For what I’m looking for it is perfect, no cloying sweet aftertaste. I have added some cream and then added some coffee and it’s the perfect treat. Don’t know how well it works yet. But so far it suppressed appetite much better than anything else.

Not worth the money. There are better products out there. Feel no difference in appetite.

I don’t feel like it does what it claims and does not taste good

When I initially tested this out, I used 8 oz of hot water and mixed in the SkinnyMint hot choco mix. Smelt like hot chocolate and I got excited. Well to me it tasted as if I was drinking water and dirt to be honest with you. So not wanting to give up on this, I got some unsweetened Cashew and Vanilla milk and heated that before mixing in the choco mix. It was perfect and still had some bitter after taste but it actually tasted like I was drinking a hot chocolate (full sugar and marshmallows). I will definitely be buying agian

I bought this from their website not amazon I do not feel like I lost any real pounds but I have swelling in my legs ever since I really sprained my ankle bad. I stopped taking it and I gained 6 pounds right away. I will restart taking it be cause I’m in so much pain right now that swelling has returned.

It works. I've taken it for two weeks now and I've noticed it really does help regulate hunger. The flavor is good, not too sweet. It does recommend mixing it with water but I mix mine with milk instead for the added protein and find that it helps maintain the flavor better. I mean, of course it's not going to taste as good with water since water dilutes flavor.
