It a great product.

I have tried several joint supplements. I took Glucosamine for several years, and also Osteo Bioflex triple strength, Move free advanced. Etc. I have a severe lack of cartilage in my right knee from years of skiing, and orthoscopic operations to remove torn cartilage. The pain began to become so frequent I had to do something. The knee doctor said I basically needed a new knee. I thought I would never really run again, or be able to kick the soccer ball with my son without pain. Currently knee replacements don't last more than 20 years and seeing the pain my father went through in his knee replacement, I decided to see if I could hang on to mine for as long as I could.Two things have worked. 4 months of Physical therapy for my knee to make it stronger, helped quite a bit. But I still had pain on occasion. This supplement was recommended by my chiropractor, and while really expensive, it really does the job. After 4 months I think I have had minor pain only one or two evenings. I'm also running again on occasion - without pain during or after. (Well maybe occasionally a small amount - but nothing that keeps me awake at night which was part of the issue before. ) I'm also playing soccer with my son more often without pain. I know this stuff is expensive, but it does work. If your in pain and nothing else has worked, it's worth a shot, if you can afford it.

Wow. This works great for my knee (previous injury, patela and meniscus damage, recurring pain/inflammation/fluid build up). Being allergic to NSAID’s, this supplement is extremely helpful for inflammation reduction.I was skeptical seeing others’ reviews, but my Dr recommended it and uses it successfully himself for similar issues, so I went ahead and got it. So glad I did! Pretty quickly alleviates the inflammation and fluid build up around my injury, resulting in less pain and instability. The pain’s not completely gone, but I’m not expecting it to be, especially before the area heals (or I have it surgically corrected). But is has made a pretty amazing difference and alleviated some challenging symptoms.UPDATE:After using this product the last 8 months, I’m going to keep using it! It’s relieved not only the accute pain from my last knee injury, but the nagging, residual pain from other/old/overuse injuries, as well. Again, I’m not 100% pain-free, but as close as I’ve ever been in my adult life (and I have a lot of sports/work injuries).It IS spendy (even in the 90 capsule quantity), but it really works. I wish I could afford to buy twice as much, and share it with my elderly mom who’s dealing with very painful arthritis.

I can't say this is working for me totally, but I believe strongly in chicken cartilidge (rooster comb) for knees, which is in there.... and Cucermin, and esp. Boswellia! So will keep taking. My go-to right now is Bamboo Silica which has redued all pain. I really believe in tree, root ingredients to repair cartlidge.

Expensive but joint complex I’ve ever taken. Only 1 capsule a day. I highly recommend

Paid $60 and was hoping this would help with my left knee. Maybe should have tried it for 90 days to see if maybe it would eventually kick in and work. I just think that $60, for a 30 day supply was a little expensive. I did try another brand called Pure Therapro Acute Injury and that product seems to work better. Either way, it’s too late for a refund I believe. I did not order the product again.

I usually use a different joint relief supplement that in combination with an antiinflammatory diet I can tell a noticeable difference.This supplement did not provide the same relief but I didn't feel increased joint discomfort, as if using nothing either.

Have hip pain that has grown progressively worse over the past four or five years. Pain almost constantly for the past few months. At my last visit (3.20/15 my Physician recommended injection or hip replacement. Wasn't ready for that! Sister in-aw had a problems with her knee. She tried this combined with Terry Naturally Curamin and it worked great. She cancelled her knee surgery. So I gave it TRY. Hip stopped hurting after only two days. So it worked for me. I've Only used it for a week so not sure what the long term benefit will be.
