Great ball
Perfect condition I don’t know much more I can say about a ball. It’s a ball and my kids love it. It’s raggedy looking bow now but iud held up quite well.

Good volleyball
I got this as a gift for a 13 year old. She had a volleyball on her birthday list. I wasn't sure what kind so I stuck with highly rated and also game regulated size. She was super stoked when she opened it and she tried it out and said it would be perfect for her to practice at home. I didnt feel like their was extra softness in it, but I don't mess around with volleyball too much so I'm not sure. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures before I gave it to her. Mine came in a box with the ball inside in a plastic bag. The ball itself was not in a box like you would buy at the store, but it was aired up and kept its firmness for a week or so before I gave her the gift.

absolute perfection!
reading all these reviews from this ball really upsets me, it is a real high quality ball that your getting your money worth for! im surprised they charge it for such low prices for such a high quality ball. as a PROFFESIONAL volleyball player i can confirm that it is soft to the touch, durable, and sturdy! volleyballs are not manufactured for your pet, your son who wants to kick it and rough it up, or for harsh grounds because that is just gonna tear it! they are made for courts and beaches where the ball has a soft place to land. whatever bad reviews you read about this ball is solely that individuals fault due to mistreating it. I for one absolutely positively reccomend this ball! not so much for beginners because you need to get used to the roughness of a regular ball. but this one is certainly recommended with players of experience.

Very good for the price
I enjoy playing volleyball and this ball has served me well for the past three years. I would give it five stars for how good it has been but it is a soft ball so be careful playing with it on beaches with shells or near trees as they will leave tears in the ball. Otherwise great purchase though.

Great Durablility for Price - Lasted Months and is still useable!
Been using mine for about several months ever since I bought one. During that time, some notable, thin tears formed from the outside stitching. HOWEVER, it's worth noting that I do use this ball in my backyard and NOT an open field. So during this period, my ball had impacted different surfaces from serving, some of which weren't flat, in my backyard: mainly wood, roof tiling, concrete, stone, and grass. Still, to this day, the ball usable and is enjoyable to play with, even with the thin tears surrounding the outer stitching of the ball. The tears may grow over time depending on where you use it, but it's a long way coming before the ball splits in half. Overall, I can recommend this ball to anyone, as it has great durability for its price, and I will be sure to buy this in quantity next time!

Comes inflated
Have played volleyball for years and years. Got the Wilson cuz thats the brand I'm used to. It comes inflated which is great but mine came really inflated to the point where the ball had no give and stung when bumping. Easy fix though...just let out a little bit of air and all better. Maybe not so great for beginners as my 11 yr old is in a summer league and it's definitely not a soft cover like they have for them but we use the Wilson to practice at home and she does fine with it but does complain that it stings.

The word “Soft Play” is a lie
The word “soft play” is a plain and total lie. I’m a beginner to volleyball so I thought the “soft play” aspect of the ball was pretty good. I ordered and it got delivered. As soon as I opened the package and felt the ball in my hands, even as a beginner I knew that this ball was way too hard. It kinda felt like plastic. I tried it out and god dang it did it hurt. I couldn’t even receive the ball properly. It felt like I was just bumping the lighter version of a bowling ball. What I liked about the ball though is how sturdy it is. This ball is durable, it felt very sturdy in my hands. It came at my front door step with no scratches no holes and no smudges like some other balls I have ordered from amazon. For more advanced players who are use to a sting of a volleyball this ball would be great it feels strong and sturdy and good for spiking. For new players and young kids this ball would hurt way too much and I would advised to use it as a dog toy or for a good old game of kickball.Tl;Dr: Ball is too hard for beginners. Quite durable though. Use it to play kickball or something.
