Master Hatters Women's Juniper Wool Felt Cowgirl Hat Brown Small

I am a regular Amazon purchaser and this was the first time I was disappointed. The hat came packaged in a box that was too small. Consequently the brim on both sides were crushed up to the crown. Also there was some type of lint all over the hat. The hat itself was great after I cleaned and reshaped it. I have previously ordered this same model hat in two different colors that came directly from Amazon and both were exceptionally clean and packed in a proper sized hat box. I am only disappointed in the packing from Sheplers...Western Wear.

I love this hat! Excellent quality. I have a small head and the small size fits perfectly
