As the mechanism of gut flora becomes better understood, certain strains of probiotics are being associated with specific outcomes. The B420 strain has been demonstrated to result in significant outcomes of weight loss and body fat mass. For me it took the form of some minor indigestion.Second update (9-9-19): I’ve lost five pounds. I’m not as inclined to eat between meals and I don’t wolf down my food as much. It had a significant benefit on my digestive system. I bought it on my doctor's recommendation and I was very pleased.

I did not experience weight loss or changes to appetite. What I do get to enjoy are fabulous bowel movements. I used to experience a wide variety of stool from liquid to concrete, but no more! They are now worthy of a doctor's office poster of the perfect poop. I find I get this wonderful result by taking every-other-day.

Taking probiotics for seven months, before I was unable to eat green vegetables, gases stomach cramps, diarrhea, now i can enjoy my greens

This probiotic was recommended by my physician. It worked, but rather violently. Not my idea of helpful. I'm unsure if it's a binder in the mixture or a lack of prEbiotics combined, but this was not a good product for me.

This product is great. Help me with my digestive system.

This probiotic used along with Konjac root has almost eliminated my gastric problems of 50 years. I have tried many cures and this one is the only one that has helped.

This probiotic did make me more regular and my lower stomach really felt a lot better but… I started having issues binge eating:( I never had this issue before and it started on day two of taking the product. I usually take my probiotics in the morning before I eat anything but I changed it to before bed to see if it makes a difference with the binging, I did wake up a few hours in, to my stomach growling super bad but just went back to sleep so taking it in the evening and sleeping thru the hunger it causes is probably the best bet.
