I don’t know why I stopped sleeping. Maybe I think too much. But this is the best thing I’ve tried. It’s hard to roll out of bed. But if I force myself I have no hangover like other sleeping pills. I take 5htp and this every night. I tried a different brand and threw it away because I was up 3 times.Buy this!! Now!!

Almost finished my bottle of these, and I have to say I love this formulation! I’ve been using Valerian for years, but the addition of lemon balm (an ingredient also found in stress gummies) really helps with those Sunday Scaries (or evening anxieties, etc.)My only complaint is the pills themselves are deep orange coated, and can temporarily stain your teeth (if you don’t rinse your mouth out right after) and may color your urine the next morning I believe? Unsure. But I take mine an hour before bed and then I brush my teeth right after, problem solved. My recommendation to the manufacturer is to skip that orange coating next time! Just do clear gelatin capsules.Otherwise, they’re perfect and do exactly what they say they do.

I use this for occasional insomnia.Should have reordered valarian from my buy it again list!Not the same as the first one I got which was Non GMO and pure Valerian.Have not used this one yet.Was disappointed.

I’ve been using it for over a month and it really works great. My doctor Suggested to use it. It has an unusual odor, which is normal.

This stuff is amazing, I am in nursing school full time and take Adderall during the day to study, but it has been messing with my sleep schedule. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, and I would regularly only get 3-4 hours of sleep a night. I tried Melatonin for a while, and it doesn't really work for me. I decided to give Valerian root a try and tried it the first night I got it... within 30 minutes, I went from being wide awake and not tired at all to super sleepy and slept great all through the night. When I woke up, I felt great, and I wasn't groggy or drowsy. I definitely recommend trying this if you have any trouble with sleep.

Smells terribly. The website states that it's corn free but I think otherwise it's not on the bottle to top it off. It doesn't work highly disappointed and I can't return it.
