Is this close to there output specs ?

It puts out about half of what they advertise, the total output bridged. That being said, what you get for the money is pretty good.t is an excellent budget amp.

Whats the continuous watts at 4 ohms ?

2x900 watts at 4 ohms, 3000 watts in Bridge mode. The Behringer site has all the specs.

I'm running 2 18" 4 ohm 900w rms 1,800w peak subs. this amp is underpowered for my subs- will this damage my subs if i don't run the amp at max?

You're fine as long as you respect the clip indicator.

Does this support 8ohm speakers ? Only two speakon connections ?

You can always use speakers with a higher Ohm rating. Never lower. That is, the speakers must match or have a higher Ohm rating than the Amplifier. Yes, 2 speakon connections, and since you have 8 Ohm speakers, you can use 2 per output without damaging the amplifier.

Thrilled with these lightweight, inexpensive amps.

UPDATE: They've worked perfectly for five years so far. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I own a professional sound company. I've been using quite a bit of Behringer products because of price and I've found pretty much all their products to be reliable. I was skeptical about these amps because of how lightweight they are, but they work great. Power-wise they match up to comparably power-rated QSC amps just about perfectly. Time will tell how well they will hold up but I've been running them for about six months with no issues. I will be buying more.

Solid For A Lightweight Mixer

These are lightweight, fit in a shallow rack, plenty powerful, designed to work down to 2ohms (so 3 ohms is no problem-3x 8ohm cabs per channel), have high and low pass selectable on each channel. The only thing they lack, which is odd, is signal out to chain to an additional unit. I've used these on several builds for portable points source systems.

Awesome Amp

I currently have two of these amps powering 14 speakers in a function hall with a 3rd amp powering 2 sub woofers. The place sounds awesome. There’s a low pass switch on back so no crossover unit needed for the subs. These are on sale right now at 40% off. I bought 2 more just to have them as spares.

Great amp for a Sub

I currently have it bridged running a EAW SBX 220 4Ohm 2-12" Subwoofer and it works great. I am getting great bass from the subwoofer without any issues with the amp overheating.

Ya no son alemanes

The media could not be loaded. No se que le pasó a Behringer mienten en las especificaciones y dos equipos con la misma falla, y ningún teléfono al cual llamar para ayuda técnica, pero el vendedor (no behringer) si intento ayudar mandado otra unidad pero por desgracia con el mismo problema.
