Good solid product, not quite perfect but great value.
Definitely helps wrist and my neck not feeling as tight looking at the screen. I use my 2020 MacBook Pro 13” with it and I can feel a difference in my neck and shoulders after use. I wish this was a little more of a snug fit for carrying/traveling. Since it feels a little loose I end up putting into the laptop compartment of my back back.

Quality for money is unbeatable!
I bought this product to protect my recent laptop investment. It has proven to be extremely durable. I have carried in this case for some time now, and it has yet to receive any damage. This product has helped to keep my laptop dry; a feature which I didn't really anticipate, but was most definitely an added bonus. As a college student, I am all the time on the go.
