Zensah Compression Knee Sleeve - Knee Brace to Relieve Knee Pain and Treat Runners Knee for Men and Women

There are two different types of knee sleeve available here. 1st gen came in sm/med; large/extra-large and was sized by measuring around the center of the knee (patella). I have one of these and it teds to slip regularly. (It's no fun constantly trying to find a private place to reach into my pants and tug it back up.)2nd gen comes in sm, med, large, extra large. Per the manufacturer website it is sized by measuring the thigh 4 inches above the patella. 2nd gen also has an excellent silicone grip that the older style lacks.At 4 inches above the knee my thigh measured 16 inches which put me in a small (13-16.5 in.). This was some pretty fierce compression which feels good for active sports use but can get uncomfortable for daily wear. I purchased a size medium (16.5-19 in.) for daily wear and it's working out well. FYI on the other sizes: Large - 19-21.5 in; Extra Large - 21.5 - 24 in.

Zensah, what’s with the redesign?! I LOVED these...been using for years! They were the only product of its kind that allowed me to continue a solid exercise routine with bad knees. I was saddened to find that the new design make the top of my calves look like when you squeeze the middle of a water balloon. Profoundly painful. Yet they fit the patella area perfectly. So going up a size will not be an option for me. For reference I am 110 lbs, proportionate and purchased my usual size Small. As you can see in the photo, the old design (left) was more of an hourglass shape as that area of the leg is typically ‘that’ shape. However, the new design (right) tapers dramatically toward the bottom and are shaped like the shin compression sleeves. SO disappointing!!!! Returning.

I have 2 of the previous style knee sleeves that are great! Well, Zensah had to go and change the design. The band is wider and doesn't stay in place as well, plus they have changed the sizing. I was so pleased to find them on Amazon, WHICH IS SHOWING THE OLD STYLE PICTURE, so that is what I was expecting to receive. They are not the same, very disappointed. This was the only sleeve that was comfortable and you had to go and mess with the design.Unhappy.

Having owned a pair of their compression leggings and loving them for years, I thought this was a logical step for knee support. Unfortunately not. I measured my knee and ordered the recommended size (20” = large). The fabric was very soft and comfortable; however, my problem was the same on my first two days of continual wear - frequent slippage and occasional bunching behind the knee. The bunching was painful enough that I had to remove the sleeve all together.I still believe Zensah makes fantastic products; however, this one was not to be for me. I love the color and fabric, but it will not stay in place for me over a day of sitting, walking, climbing, ect . . . the things we do every day. My friend, who I convinced to purchase the same, also has had the same problems and stopped wearing his as well. I have since purchased a different product that does not slip at all, but isn’t of the same high quality fabric, but does give me the hassle-free support during the day. Sorry Zensah, I still love your products - just not this one.

I ordered one of these in a larger size since my original one was a little tight. The bigger size fits smaller! Not happy about that but need support for my knee so I had to wear it. If I could get an accurate fitting one it would be great support for my torn meniscus. This one is also a different pattern and design then the other one I ordered. I’m hoping it’s not a “fake” one but I have no way to tell.

I have always purchased zensah for my ankles, wrists, and knees. Now they have changed the knee design and I do not like them as well. They always stayed up where they should be with the narrow band, now there is a large band that always slips. When you look at the picture it looks like the narrow band, but believe me it's not - I've tried 3 orders and all have been the new designDisappointed.

I have arthritis in one of my knees and my physical therapist recommended I use this compression knee sleeve while I'm running. At first I was afraid it was too tight (got size S based on knee measurement) but while it's snug, it's probably the right size as you don't want it to slide down. I've used it three times so far, and I think it does help especially when I'm doing something that twists my knee (like turning corners) during my runs. It's made in the USA so I expect high quality.

This compression sleeve is not bad. The sleeve itself does provide adequate support for certain things. If you are a runner or something along those lines, this is not for you. If you are recovering from an injury or surgery such as myself and bicycling is part of your therapy then that is good for you. To help with swelling, recovery and bicycling this is a great knee sleeve. The top portion does need to be played with a little to find "that right spot" so it doesn't roll down but that seems to happen if you pull it up too high. If you look in the design of it you'll see where your knee cap should be within this sleeve. It's material is light weight and does not create a heat issue. I recommend this for people who need a compression sleeve and are not planning on jogging or running. The lower star reviews that I read seems to be all runners stating it doesnt stay in place. I've been using this for 5 days now without any complaint. I seem to have less pain with this on as well!

Gutes und tolles Produkt. Passt perfekt, ist angenehme, drückt nicht und lässt sich gut pflegen. Wer beim Sport Gelenkunterstützung benötigt ist gut daran diese Kniebandage zu kaufen.
