Sturdy and don't clutter up valuable closet space like a wooden one. Well made.

These hangers have a rough edge all the way around them, as if the plastic seeped from the mold but the hangers were never trimmed. The edges are so rough I would never want to hang any clothing on them for fear of damage. I contacted the company before posting a review, thinking maybe it was a defective batch, but they told me they were inexpensive hangers that shouldn't be used for delicate clothing. I'm throwing them in the trash.

Wish they were a little heavier made but they are fine.
