Angstrom Minerals are the best to use and small enough to enter the cells. I had excellent results with this brand of gold. There are a lot of mis-info on Chloride gold or ionic gold being dangerous. I had used this gold for a very long time and I'm very much alive. If you do some research we all have chloride gold in our bodies, it is the powers that be which are hiding great info on gold mineral benefits. I had used all types of colloidal gold from Atlantean Alchemy, Zptech, C R supplements, Accelerated health products and Eck Tech none of them came close to this product.When I take one teaspoon I can fall asleep very fast without any problems. If you take yoru time with a teaspoon only overtime you can gain other benefits you really don't want to rush to gain excellent results.Now as for ormus it is all hype and B.S. I have used many types of omus from mother earth alchemy, Sacred Supplements , Now Alchemy, Solar Life Products Liquid Chi, Ormus Minerals, Royal Ormus and Vancouver Island Ormus and none of them come close to one teaspoon of mother earth minerals ionic gold. But Vancouver Island is the best out of those ormus I had listed, I need 1 or 2 oz of Vancouver Ormus to give me near the benefit of Mother Earth Minerals ionic gold. You see no ormus around the world contain all lot gold or platinum they only contain a small trace amount. If any ormus company claims to have a lot of gold most of the time they added colloidal gold which has big cluster up particle.

I've tried other colloidal gold products before and never noticed anything different. I believe with colloidal supplements you are just throwing your money away as the particle size is too large to be bioavailable. However, with this angstrom gold I felt right away a difference after using it from the first time. I believe it's doing exactly what gold is supposed to do, balancing the left and right brain hemispheres and well as delta, theta, alpha, and beta brain waves equally. It is my understanding some scientific experiments have been done which seem to validate such claims on the effects of taking gold. Though this is personally subjective, and I can't prove this, I intuitively felt this shift occuring. Just my two cents on this product as an INTJ.

Was expecting it to work better than other brands according to other reviews. This brand has an awful taste of metallic potatoes. Maybe it’s a result of the processing. Other brands have no flavor at all.

The taste is not bad at all

Assisting in the ongoing restructuring of my brain. This stuff really does enhance REM sleep.Or at least it does in my case. Decent taste. I leave a half a spoonful under my tongue for five minutes before swallowing.

Not sure what this is suppose to do. I have not noticed any change. will continue taking it to see what difference it makes.
