Great value for the money and suitable for most but not all uses.
This is decent ghee, but there are better products out there if you are willing to pay more. It seems very fresh, but there is a slight metallic taste, perhaps from the pan and/or sieve used when making it. I do not notice this in recipes but it is noticeable when eating it uncooked or as the predominant flavor in a dish. I would definitely buy it again because it is an excellent ghee for the price (about $50 with shipping at time of order for 2kg) and the quality is fine for 95% of what I would use ghee for anyway.
