is this used for my mids/highs and tweeters?

Yes it's used for mids and tweeters and should be used with the punch pro mids. I'd recommend a different crossover since (preferably active resistance) since something is causing my mids and highs to short, occasionally, on 4/5 volume from the head unit.

Can this handle 125w RMS per speaker or total (125 for 2 woofers and a tweeter)?

I would call Rockford Fosgate Technical Support, they seem to be very knowledgeable on their products, you can also download the owners manual through Rockford Fosgate website which I found very helpful, I'm pushing about 80 watt Rms through it and haven't had a problem yet

Will these work with the t series component speakers?

We actually sell crossovers specifically made for the T series. Send us a direct message for more info

Will 2 mids and 2 tweets hook up to this or will I need 2 of these crossovers?

just one hi. 2/8 and 2 super tweeters connected to that one crossover and it sounds wonderful
