Most likely made in China. All lense pens are the same product, but have been branded with manufacturer logos. The product works well.

What kind of dry cleaner is used in pen

It uses a state of the art dry cleaner and is supposed to be good on all optics the other end has a horse hair brush

How often do you clean your binocular with leupold pen?

I don’t when it arrived it was empty I use a scope cleaning scarf

does the lens pen cleaning tip use a cleaner that is stored in a reservoir in the pen, or is it a dry tip cleaner?

The cap which covers the cleaner has the dry cleaning compound in it. Every time you put the cap on it reapplies the cleaning compound to the cleaner tip.
