The product itself is really good especially as a key override and code can be changed very easily. Lost a star as virtually no instrctions and only a little more on the selling page on Amazon. Carpenter did the base fit but struggled to get it to work, a team effort by husband and I by studying it resolved the problem.

I purchased this for a holiday cottage where we regularly need to change the code. This lock is so much easier than our old one which we had to take apart every time we wanted to change it. It was relatively easy to install and feels solid. So far it is working very well and we are pleased with it.

Great strong item. Installation wasn’t for me but got my friend who is a builder to come fit it for me.

Not yet fitted but purchased to save people going to a key safe to get a key for this room.

Not easy to understand instruction to set up code

De momento llevo puesta con ella una semana,la hemos utilizado para una puerta de la comunidad y cumple su función perfectamente,lástima que no traiga más juego de llaves,solo vienen con 2.por lo demás perfecta,si tengo que poner alguna pega es que vengan las instrucciones en la idiomas que no sea solo el inglés

Se há bloqueado y no puedo abrir la puertaHe tenido que romper un cristal para poder entrar en casa

Pas simple à codifier, mais bon ca fonctionne c'est bien le principal maintenant.

Me ha resultado imposible configurar la contraseña...devuelvo el articulo..
