This is a tow float for open water swimming - just in case you get cramp in the cold water. It inflates and deflates really easily to roll up quick for carrying. Just a few breaths, no need for a pump. There are no instructions, but I was shown how to roll over the top twice and push the clips together to create a watertight seal. I was never brave enough to put any personal belongings in the waterproof cavity, but it never got wet. There's another clip to attach the cord around your waste like a belt - just remember to tie the other end to the float.

Would be a little more helpful if there was a video tutorial for this model of float?I seem to of figured it out and it works great

I was very disappointed with the items I bought. A safety buoy, it certainly is not. I would not feel any safer towing this in open water swim. It looks and feels like a cheap toy that should not be more than a couple of pound, never mind £14– pounds each.

Great quality and value, good size of a dry bag for keys, wallet, phone and inhaler, and lots of room to inflate the seperate chamber. Easy inflate/deflate. Really pleased, would recommend
