Excellent Replacement
I got these because a few years ago we bought a recycling station. The bags inside were hardwearing and had handles and the idea was when you got to the point where one of the bags (e.g. paper or glass or plastic) got full then you would stick it in the back of the car and take it to the recycling point. Anyway those bags got very grubby and to the point where they were just shot after 4 years. Trying to get a replacement wasn't possible. they stopped making the product(s). So I opted for these and these have shown themselves to be very sturdy, easy to keep clean and fitting into the recycle station perfectly. The only small drawback is they could do with being a tiny bit stiffer so they would stand up by themselves when you filled them. Other than that they are huge, rugged and easy to deal with and keep clean. How big are they ? Ummm imagine a circular bin that would just fit inside a square wheelie bin. Bigger than a pedal bin though.

Strong bag, good size
We have bought two of these bags to use mainly for cleaning up the leaves (and we have lots and lots of them) in our garden. After a couple of months of heavy and regular use both bags are still ok. The only negative point is that now they don't stay open as wide as they used to in the beginning. One bag is better than another one, but even then they are both much better than any other bags we ever had. As for the size of the bag (122 ltr), it's ok and I would never take bigger as it's extremely heavy if filled with anything other than dry leaves (wet leaves is already hard to lift). Smaller would be too small as you would have to empty it too often. This bag can be used by one person, without needing help to tip it over. Quality wise, it's a very sturdy bag, well made, and I always wonder how the handles or the bottom don't break when I lift it up, but they don't. So really well made. Just ordered more.

A Mammoth gem
I haven't got a big garden but it is amazng how much space required to accommodate trimmings from hedges and a rampant Hoya on the rear fence. These bags have been an absolute godsend for transport of garden waste to the local dump. No more piles of rubbish bags, which split as soon as you put in a twig that is a bit too long. I can transport two of these mammoth bags in my VW Polo when when the bags are 2/3rds full. and this is about the right weight to comfortablly lift. Construction is tough and no holes in the botton to leak water over the innards of the car .There is an optional plastic stiffener for the rim which need to be manuallyinserted into a sleeve, this required a bit of effort but worth it to keep the bag open while loading it. The bags pack down well after use. Full marks, nice product.

Strong but rather over priced. Only lasted two summers.
Perfect for the garden. Bought two. Big enough to fit a lot in and still fit in car. Strong but a bit over priced. Last two summers before the main body of the bag started to disintergrate.

Pretty good.
After a few months of use I can give a pretty strong recommendation for this item. It's big, as indicated, and this means that I wouldn't try and fill it fully with grass clippings (half full is enough), but on the other had the size makes it very appropriate for hedge clippings or gardening generally, and the handles on the base as well as on the rim make lifting and tipping into the garden waste bin fairly straightforward. The material--including the handles--seems to be of high quality, and sturdy enough to last at least several years, if not more. My main gripe is that getting the semi-rigid, plastic rim into the "hem" so that the bag stands up properly so that waste can be deposited easily isn't at all easy(!). The rim got halfway around and then refused to budge. I had to cut a hole in the hem so I could get my hands on the plastic and help to thread it through all the way around--hardly ideal, and it will undoubtedly affect any warranty covering it, but needs must. In hindsight I thought that perhaps lubricating the plastic strip would have been a much better option, but, on further reflection I realised that then getting a grip on the plastic might have been a problem too!! So, the design here was less than perfect, and I suspect that this problem occurred because of the size of this bag; in the smaller sizes I wonder if the threading through would have been easier and not necessitated my extreme action. Still, overall, it's been a very useful aid in the garden.

How did I live without this for so long?
A brilliant product. Tackling a too-long-neglected garden and with an unexpectedly early spell of fine weather to be out there, I was faced with a packed-full green waste bin (even after treading down the contents) within a day or two of it being emptied with the fortnightly collection, so desperately needed something to take more myself between-times to the recycling centre. I bought two of these bags, and they've absolutely fitted the bill: robust, useful handles (with an extra one near the bottom to easily up-end for emptying), and so far I haven't needed to use the plastic thread-through strip to keep the tops open -- they "stood up" fairly well for me even without this, especially once there was a bit of rubbish in the bottom, but the strips would probably be useful on windier days. They hold a good big load, and been well worth the outlay.

The Dirty Old Bag
These are excellent bags - strong, fairly easy to put together (takes a little while to slip plastic strip in), easy to handle and 2 of them fit nicely into the back of a car.Personally, I think I should have gone for the larger model but only because I was picking up leaves which are not very heavy. If you are using these bags for grass clippings, then these are a good size as I imagine it would be a lot more weight.I have 2 of these and use them for grass/old plants, etc. Will purchase a new larger one for leaves.

Strong and robust
A great way to collect and get rid of garden rubbish. This bag is well made and once you fit the rigid plastic opening collar it is far more easy to fill than "footering" with plastic bags. The provision of lower handles are inspirational, both for lifting into the car boot , and tipping to empty. Very strong material is used in the construction - I have had some heavy loads and feared that the handles may rip off - but no indication that even one stitch pulled. Long thorns seem not to be able to penetrate the sidewalls. Best I had ever had - strongly recommended.

Great in the garden; but keep this as a refill order
UPDATED REVIEW: These bags won't last forever - branches and stiff-leaved plants abrade the weave so holes start appearing. But I really like the size and incredibly light weight. Mine lasted almost 4 yrs of year-round use and that makes it still a worthwhile purchase.I just ordered two more. However, it turns out that it was not a mistake the selling company did not include the plastic rim (it slips inside the top seam and keeps the bag open/upright) - THEY DON'T INCLUDE IT AT ALL. This negates the value of the bag if you've never had one; it will neither stay open or remain upright without the plastic rim piece inserted. My new bags came nicely pkg'ed in a plastic bag with molded handles, but no rims. Now, if you ALREADY own a tip bag (it is available from other companies that do include the flexible plastic rim piece), then this Amazon vendor product is no problem; just treat it as a refill. Take out the plastic rim from the old bag and just insert it into the new one. The rim pretty much seems invincible; mine was still in good shape and fits fine in the new bag (remember, these come in different sizes so match "like to like").If you have one of these bags already from Amazon and didn't realize you needed the rim to make it truly usable, contact the mfg directly. In my experience back in 2011, they are very nice people and shipped a rim out to me immediately at no charge.

Sturdy and very useful!
This tip basket is the perfect size for someone with a large garden. It is lightweight but strong enough for small branches, twigs, yard clippings, leaves and weeds. It is not strong enough to hold heavy items like large branches and I do not suggest dragging it along behind you as it will probably wear through or tear fairly easily if it snags on something. If it does get too heavy for you to carry, there are 2 handles near the top so another person could help you. I have several acres and this is the perfect size for a couple hours work. I just toss in whatever light weight tools I need and off I go!

Well-designed, soft bucket for gathering garden waste.
Several features make this product a winner. (1) It's incredibly light weight, adding almost nothing to the weight of the load of garden waste. (2) It is sized just right. The wide opening and the low height make it easy to insert weeds or trimmings. (3) There are handles on the tops and bottoms of two opposite sides. This makes it easy to grab when moving and to tip when emptying. (4) The top rim is rigid enough to keep the bucket open wide but also flexible enough to bend for easy pouring into a trash bag. One qualification to my remarks should be noted. We haven't used it very long, nor have we taxed it with heavy loads, so I cannot address its durability. However, because it appears very well made, I would be surprised if it proves to be less than sturdy. Highly recommended.

Get heavy when fully loaded.
Be careful with not over loading this with wet rooted plants. Wife and filled this with weeds from one of our neglected beds and it required two people to move it. This is a replacement, the first one lasted about 3 years of heavy abuse. The bag has just enough stiffness to stand up by itself, but can be stored pretty much flat. Great quality hope to get as much use out of this new as we did our first one.
