Solar Food Dryer: Preserves Food for Year-Round Use, Using Solar Energy Plastic Comb – 1981

My husband is the builder and he said the instructions were clear and easily followed/understood. I think it is a little big but I'm wanting to give it a try so we are going to build it this summer. As to how it actually works, we don't know yet...but Rodale is a trusted name in this house so I am anticipating being satisfied with the final product.
