Pyrex Tubing, Hard Glass, 7 mm x 5 ft, 8 Pieces, 1 lb

This was by far the best boro glass investment I have made so far. New to lampworking, so I needed something cheap but still durable and forgiving. The first shipment I had received, I don't know exactly what happened, but the entire box was bent down the middle which caused all tubes to be broken. They didn't shatter apart, they came apart in smallish to larger chunks, with less slivering than a regular piece of glass. Those tubes I went through far faster than I should have, but I was learning how to shape the glass, and each broken piece had lost about a foot in easily used pieces.Now that said, I contacted the company selling these and asked if maybe on the next shipment they could have a fragile sticker or something on it, since I wanted to try to work with a full sized tube. The representative that took my case immediately sent out another shipment via air, and said a Fragile sticker would be added to it. The fragile sticker wasn't on it when I got it, but I could tell an immediate difference as there was no 90 degree bend. When I pulled out all the tubes, they were of great clarity and no cracks, chips, or anything of issue. I have since gone through all but about 2 1/2 feet of them, and I'm anxious to store away enough money for another purchase, as these tubes are AWESOME. Bear in mind, the picture for them seems a bit deceiving and makes them look bigger than they are. They're smaller in diameter than your average little finger, which I would have known had I grabbed the right ruler with the dedicated millimeter side. My own fault for not measuring right.This company's customer service by far wins the 5/5 cake for this product. I did not expect a full replacement, and they let me keep my original tubes instead of returning them, so I still had something to work with while I waited for the replacement. The tubes are of superior quality, and this company sets a standard for customer service that I wish others would learn to emulate (I'm looking at you ATT!) because the whole world would be at peace for at least a minute.Thank you Carolina, I WILL be back for more! How could you not love this... What a deal! They were awesome, high quality. Hopefully the seller will expand packages like this to more diameters/thicknesses, I'm keeping my fingers crossed
