Assistance for my Yoga
I have been learning some simpler Yoga postures in Ashtanga Yoga and find this DVD Chandra Krama The Moon Sequence by Matthew Sweeney very useful in learning the correct postures.

Fantastic yoga sequence to combine with a regular Ashtanga practice
I love love LOVE this DVD. Chandra Krama, the moon sequence, is a great balance for when you don't want to do the full Ashtanga sequence. Strict Ashtangis may disagree but I have come to LOVE this sequence. It is wonderful for opening the front of the body, the hips, the shoulders, and not putting a lot of pressure on the arms. I love Matthew Sweeney and wish I could grab everything he's ever made but it's not that accessible. Enjoy the Moon Sequence. It becomes really good after the first 10 times! :)
