FZONE Aquarium Co2 Regulator DC Solenoid with Bubble Counter and Check Valve Plant Grow DIY CO2 System CGA320 Side Open Cylinder

I was honestly expecting issues based on some of the reviews—lots of people mentioned leaks—but that hasn’t been my experience at all. I’ve had this FZONE CO2 regulator running on my planted tank for a week now and the seal’s been completely solid. No hissing, no pressure loss, nothing. It’s holding a stable output and the fine control on the needle valve is better than I expected, especially for dialing in low bubble rates.One thing that caught me off guard is that it doesn’t come with any CO2-proof tubing. That feels like a bit of a miss. I already had some on hand from a previous setup, but if this is your first regulator, just know you’ll need to buy that separately. Not a dealbreaker, but something I wish was clearer upfront.All in all, if you’re careful with the setup and you use proper tubing, this regulator delivers. Solid build, no leaks, smooth output. This product is of good build quality and works exactly as I expected.Set-up time was short and simple. It also came with the Spanner and extra O-rings and I did not have to go to the hardware store to buy one or worry about the size

EDIT: Updating my review on 6/26/2025 (a few days after my initial review) after FZONE customer support reached out to me to make it right. They were very proactive and helpful, and I am impressed. I'm now confident that if I ever receive a defective product from them in the future, they will quickly work with me to replace or refund the product.My advice for ordering CO2 regulators in general is that you should order it at least a few days BEFORE you actually need to use it, so that you can test the solenoid valve once you receive it, and if it doesn't work, you have time to get a replacement. And FZONE is apparently the kind of company that stands by its products, so I feel very comfortable ordering from them from now on. Unfortunately with many CO2 regulators in general, there's always a chance that the solenoid valve you get might be a dud. Don't order it counting on it to work and planning to use it the same day--allow yourself some time to verify it works. This appears to be true for all of the brands I have read reviews for on Amazon, not just FZONE. But at least with FZONE you can have the peace of mind knowing that if you get a dud, they'll take care of you. That's why I've updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars.(Original Review)---Solenoid valve on my unit would not close after unplugged. After you plug it in initially it just....stays open forever, I guess. Unplugged, waited half an hour--no change, co2 just kept flowing. Plugged it back it, unplugged again. No change. Obviously defective. Fortunately I am able to return it for a refund. Pretty irritated that this halted all progress on my aquarium this weekend though.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. Nice build quality, and a great value. I have it hooked-up to a lightly planted nano tank at the moment, so I have it dialed down to 1 drop per 5 seconds, as advertised. Too early to say if it will drift, but I am very pleased. Putting out 55psi working pressure to the bubble counter, plenty to move the inline diffuser.

Item came dent, scratches all over the place, solenoid was dent as well, and gauges were scratched and sticky. This product looks like its been used multiple times. I got an Fzone inline diffuser as well but will be returning both as I can not trust the quality of products. The diffuser looked and felt like good quality but if they are willing to send an item that is defective, dent, and used how do I know the diffuser isn't done the same way? Either way I will never use an Fzone product again on any of my tanks and future tanks.
