Be informed, the lower catch strap for the lower velcro attachment is too norrow. The overlaping upper stap is wider than the lower and the rough velcro digs into your skin both above and below the overlap. The manufacturer needs to correct this.

Works as advertised, bur after awhile of wearing the product it becomes uncomfortable. Straps rolling up under arms. Cannot put on alone

its like wearing a backpack without the weight. Helps remind you to keep your shoulders back, but doesn't actually fully push them into place. (I could still slouch if i wanted to - but having it as a reminder to sit up straight was good).

This is an easy product to use. Be careful to orde the correct size for your body shape. I did not and it could not full do as advertised. Now I know and advise others. check your body size so it can do what it was made for. The price and product quality are good.

Not meant for someone who lives alone. Very difficult to get on and to adjust the straps by yourself. Otherwise it does what it says.
