Just as good or better than named brands.

Wonderful relief at a lower cost, these get the job done. I just chew one before acidic sauces or dishes, it controls the acids for many hours.

Tastes awful, works great!

These taste pretty bad, but I don't really care because they work great!! I love being able to take just 1 or 2 of these per day as needed, instead of taking 4 to 8 Tums a day! I highly recommend these if you've been struggling with acid reflux.

Works Just Like Brand-Name Pepcid, But the Taste Needs Work

I've been using Amazon's version of Pepcid for a while now, and in terms of effectiveness, it works just as well as the name-brand Pepcid. It does a great job at managing heartburn and acid reflux—no complaints there.However, the taste leaves something to be desired. Compared to the brand-name version, this one has a noticeably chalkier texture and an aftertaste that's not very pleasant. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it definitely makes taking it less enjoyable.I really hope Amazon considers improving the flavor and texture in the future. If they do, this would be a five-star product all the way.

Does work. Tastes both chalky and fishy, do not recommend if you are sensitive to that. Texture is not great either.
