I purchased these adapters to have due to the different connectors needed for the different electronics one can collect over time, and rather than switching cables, I can just attach the adaptor. I like this, they have served me well, though I have not used them often

When connecting directly to the item that needs charging, it works. I used this to convert lightning cables to micro usb so that I could use some wireless Anker charging pads. These aren’t compatible with Anker so they don’t work.4 stars because they work but not in the capacity I need.

I really needed 2 lightning to micro USB adapters. I didn't read the description properly. What you get is:1 lightning (female) to Micro USB (male) adapter1 lightning (female) to USB C (male) adapterWhile I do not need the USB C adapter, you never know when someone else you are traveling with might need it. So I'll keep it.The Micro USB Adapter works great. This is a Must Have for any travel bag.

The first time trying to attach the adapter was concerningly difficult. After that it worked fine.

It may not be the problem with the adapter. I purchased it hoping to use it as an adapter for my wired iPhone headphones into and android battery case which I’m using to extend the battery life of my iPhone.The wired headphones fit perfectly in the slot made for the iPhone charging port on the adapter but nothing happened when I plugged it in to the android battery case. The sound did not redirect through the headphones.If this is what you are hoping for as well, look elsewhere. It didn’t work.
