Ok, this might be the best thing I've bought in 2020, that's counting the Fitbit and covid masks i got before they ran out. My dogs love pulling pizza boxes or anything off the counter. I used to have to do a balancing act to keep food high up. Well not anymore. This thing is sturdy and a good 7 inches which puts the food on the counter high enough up that the dogs are starting to loose weight. I set everything on it, itis flat and doesnt wobble. Hot pan/skillet, on it. Pizza boxes (xl) on it. Cookie pan...on it.

Perfect as a base for an old decanter that I wired into a lamp. Would also do really well as a holder for spherical shaped things like a crystal ball. In addition to, ya know, a pizza riser. Sturdy! No rocking or tilting and it can be stood on either end.
