You get what you paid for
The scooter looks great from about 3 feet away or more. But when you look closer, it's pretty low quality, I'm sorry to say.My daughter needed to size up from Micro Kickboard Mini, and I wanted something with 1) adjustable handlebars, and 2) foldable. My first choice was Micro Kickboard Micro Maxi Deluxe - but that's $150. So I bought this one, hey it was cheap! It looks great, the paint scheme is quite attractive. But:* It's not stable, the handlebar wobbles (not too much, but more than I'd like to see)* The wheel bearings are horrible quality. I doubt there are bearings at all - maybe sleeve bearings? They are pretty loud when the wheel is spun up, and stop the wheel very quickly.* The handlebar has only 3 locking positions, unlike Micro Deluxe which has basically any position you want.I did the roll test to figure out how well it rolls. Put this scooter and our 3 year old Micro Mini side by side, and pushed them forward with one hand. This scooter stopped after about 3 feet. The Micro kept going much farther, at least 3 times the distance. That means your kid will have to spend a lot more time kicking: good for a workout, but then they get tired much more quickly and you end up carrying the scooter, and possibly the kid. Nope, not doing it./edit I already bought the Micro Kickboard Micro Maxi Deluxe - same story: it rolls *much* farther than this one, and the wheel bearings are near silent.Thankfully I can return this scooter to Amazon, otherwise it would be a "fool pays twice" situation.I'm giving it 2 stars because it does look pretty nice.

3 Year Old Loves it!
I got this scooter for my 3 year old for her birthday. It required virtually no assembly (just snap the shaft into the bottom and done).Good* We got the pink/black model and the wheels are non-marking for indoor use. They're clear wheels with a pink hub.* The base is very wide.* The unit appears to be very well built, with multiple layers of plastic and the shaft is aluminum.* The lean-to-steer mechanism works smoothly.* The rear has a double wheel for wide stability and a brake for stopping.* The handle/shaft is keyed so the steering shaft does NOT rotate in place (it stays put)* The 3 position handle height is really 4 positions. The "all the way" down position is about the perfect height for a 3 year old.* The folding mechanism works well, and it locks into both the folded and unfolded positions.Bad* The entire bottom is plastic. Though it looks like it's a very sturdy plastic (Nylon or glass fiber nylon).* The bearings could be better, but don't stick or anything. Will probably be better with some silicone lubricant.

This handle is very flimsy.
Less than a Month of use and the handle has broken. really disappointed in this scooter and the foldable handle. We have another one with out the collapsing handle option and it has been great. this one however has been noting but trouble. Only the the front left wheel lights up and the handle is very flimsy. It broke after just a few week of use.

It's light and easy to control.
My daughter said that she waited this scooter for long time. When she got it, she was very excited. She loved it so much. Graffiti is cool. It's light and my daughter can control it.
