Large Capsule
The formulation for this product is fine, but the capsules are very large and if you have any difficulty swallowing pills in general, these are going to cause problems for you. They certainly do for me.

Great replacement for Prozac. Just one daily.
Just love it, and taking one of these per day replaced 20mg Prozac for me.

Better ar 325mg
I could not take this product due to upset stomach and diarrhea. It was too intense for me at 650 mg once a day - even with food. I believe the product is sold at 325 mg per capsule. Perhaps 325 mg twice a day would eliminate upset stomach.

Good Formulation
I like take several Turmeric/Curcumin supplements to ensure I get benefits from different formulations. This is one of the better products and the gel is nice .
