Q: Stander:seller...is there a shorter stander ez fold available? the stander i now have is about 2" too tall, which causes shoulder pain.

I can only lower my Stander arms to 30”. A shorter version would be extremely helpful.

Q: How durable are the wheels for outside use? I would like to be able to use it for sidewalk, pavement and natural surfaces outdoors.

The wheels are durable, but ambulating on rough surfaces can be difficult. The wheels are smooth, and traction can be a problem on grass, sand, gravel, etc. This rollator is perfect for indoor malls, airports and smooth sidewalks. I have purchased a second rollator with all terrain wheels that are also larger for parks, cobblestone streets, etc.

Q: Can this item continue to roll on the ground when folded up? I need one that can roll even when folded so that I push & don't have to carry it.
