I have only used my new yoga mat 4 times this week, but so far, really like it. It is much softer and thicker than other mats I have used, which is a pleasant surprise. I know that others were complaining that it wasn’t thick enough, but obviously, they haven’t used a really thin mat before. I don’t need something really thick, and this feels really nice to me. I am able to hold my poses fine, so it seems to be sticky enough. I find my mats get stickier with time and use, so this will probably be great in another month. It is super pretty. I don’t know how well it will hold up, but if it holds up better than the last piece of junk I got from Gaiam (3 months and then it started sluffing off on my floor), I will be happy. It seems really well put together, and doesn’t feel like pieces of it will fall off anytime soon. I haven’t had it long enough to know. I love how it is heavy enough to lay flat on the floor and not move, even when I am jumping from pose to pose. Seems to be a great mat

This has made me super-excited about going to the mat to do my yoga practice. A BEAUTIFUL mat, with just enough thickness to protect knees, etc. I don't like super-thick, sponge-y mats. The texturing helps grip, too. Colors and pattern I bought were absolutely true to the image shown on line. Product arrived promptly and when I spread it out during my ZOOM yoga class, there was definite 'mat envy' in the class, ha ha! Thanks so much!

I bought this yoga mat as a reward to myself after completing Julia Marie's 30 day Weight Loss Yoga challenge. (It's free for Prime Members and she's a wonderful teacher ...Check her videos out!!!!). Yoga is something I'm getting so much benefit from that I wanted to set up a pretty little Yoga area that would not only remind me to get some "mat time" every day, but feel inviting. This yoga mat is so pretty and looks like an oriental rug, so it's really nice to look at in your home. I set up my yoga area in our landing at the top of our stairs, and it's such an inviting little yoga nook with this mat providing beautiful decoration. The BONUS I didn't realize about this mat is that the patterns really help you line up your body for proper form. In plank it's easy for me to have equal placement of my hands because the pattenrs give landing spots. The midline patterns help me line up for poses that cross the midline and in a hard holding pose in plank or on my stomach there are great focus points for my breathing. A blank mat doesn't offer the visual help ....which doesn't seem important until you start using one of these graphic mats and you realize how helpful the patterns really are! I often find myself listening to instruction on a pose and the patterns offer me places to set up the pose....like a Yoga Twister!The only thing that I can't give it a 5 stars for...is that is isn't the stickiest mat I've ever used. It's not slippery...so it's not that big of an issue, but on certain poses and when I do HiiT Yoga I find my feet slip a bit. It's minor but I couldn't give it a full 5 stars as a result. I recommend this mat for style and visual help! And I also recommend any of Julia Marie's programs...if you are Prime Member they are included in your membership... and if you aren't a Prime Member she also has the same videos on YouTube.

I bought this for my office/prison/yoga room during the pandemic to brighten my space. I am using as a meditation and yoga mat, but love how the mat looks like a rug. The paint job is well done and the colors are vibrant and cheerful! They go great with my pale yellow walls and grey/blue furniture. My office is happier. I am happier. I would recommend this if you want to jazz up a room in a spiritual Zenn way.

I love this mat. The look just makes me happy. Thickness is perfect and I’ve no problems with slipping or gripping as some reviews mentioned. The only problem I’ve had is the new kitty leaving his little claw marks on my mat.. but that’s not for the seller or Amazon to fix. On the other hand, I do know exactly where I can go get another beautiful mat. Thank you!

I splurged to get this yoga mat. The map is thin, slippery and narrow. I would not have purchased if I had seen in the store. However, the print is nice. If you want something to use while meditating, this will work. For yoga, you will need a pad and to wear slip resistant socks.

Looks so pretty and its long so it doesn't look like a yoga mat in my room... Love its colors and quality of print, tied my room together honestly..Also there's No need to ever tuck it away. Comes with a rolling strap in case you do need to. And my friends always compliment it and are shocked when they hear its a yoga mat!

I read reviews and followed directions of putting this Matt outside for 3 days, then scrubbing it with vinegar and water. It was still slippery so I scrubbed it with some dishwashing detergent. STILL slippery, so I put some Comet on a spong3, and scrubbed it into the mat. Wiped a little with wet sponge. Success! No gritty feeling either. I love this mat- great design and so soft!
