Fits perfectly
This case fit the Amazon Fire HD 8 perfectly. I bought the Fire 8 and this case for a Christmas gift for Christmas 2018, for my daughter who is 10. The color matches what is pictured perfectly also. It's soft but it is durable. She hasn't dropped it yet so I will try to remember to update when she does.

Excellent quality case, fits like a glove. Nice grip and beautiful color. I bought for my daughter's tablet and it has already provided good protection on a few drops. Kids will love the vibrant color red. Keeps tablet safe. A great buy at a great price.

Simple & effective soft cover for Fire HD8.Easy to install, everything aligns correctly and feels exceptional in the hands.Slight bulging at the corners should shield against corner drops.

I really recommend for kids. Just make sure you disable the buying apps feature because once you purchase them they are not refundable, I found out the hardway

Worked pretty good - had a weird smell
Worked pretty good, had a weird smell. Kind of goes away after washing with detergent.
