The item is very nice but the fabric cover provided with it is very tight. A little bit loose is expected .what should be done?

Good quality and good in size for knee. We noticed it being used in hospital for my mother’s knee (after knee surgery) and we bought it for home. It’s pretty big to cover and surrounding area to give her a good pain relief.

Have received defective piece and unable to place a return request as app is not allowing bag is not proper leakage of gel is there during first time of use only kindly connect or exchange if possible

The only problem you'll face while heating in microwave that it is big to remain open in small microwaves.otherwise the pad is very good.

Extremely disappointed as it got damaged even before I used it.
After heating it in microwave for 1 min in the lowest temperature,many holes were formed. Had to discard it even before using it once.Worst product ever . I wasted 1500 rs...
