Not a good solution
The lowest size is still lose for a 4 year old. I used this for disneyland. My daughter would sometimes just free herself from it and run off when she wanted to run in line b4 me lol. Beats the point. Better to have a linked backpack for ensuring that your child wont get lost.

Broke second use
This broke the second time I used it. Not even worth sending it back for a refund, too much trouble. I just tossed it.
