Effective sharpener at a good price.
It is flat, sharp and works well and is very affordable. Better and quicker than a stone.

240 grit great for getting deep scratches out of older chisels & plane blades, before polishing.
This 240 grit diamond sharpening plate is great for taking down badly scratched blades, & chisels before using finer stones to polish them up. I attached mine to flat surface to ensure it didn't bend.

No sponge backing, slides all over the place
The first ones I bought, different grits, had spongy grip backing to stay still on worktop. This one does not have any backing. When you try to use it, it slides all over the worktop.

Stone flattering on a Tormek
Recondition your stone on the Tormek with greater accuracy and flatness than with the Tormek grader they supply.

Mostly useless
The surface scratches very easily. Feels like the bonding of the daimond surface is very poor.

Correcto
